First, Thanks for you patience, It's been a nutty few months and lots of exciting things happening. Read on for the details. All I can say is, it going to be a great summer, get on board and enjoy the ride!!!

Ok, after a long two months, travel to four states, a one year old birthday & 5 year anniversary, deals are getting done, big business is kicking in and clients from around the world a finding great value in the Southbay. It was definitely challenging, but hard work usually is. Thank you to everyone that has made these few months as successful as they were. It's only going to get more interesting the rest of the year. We travel around the country and found some solid value in several markets. While the market has been strange this year, deals are still being made. We are in the midst of the busiest part of our Real Estate year, and despite press to the contrary, clients are making things happen here.

Alot of you have been calling lately and asking about properties that are already sold or in escrow because the internet search pages that provide some real estate information are out of date. Alot of these websites are "phishing" for your information to sell to data mining companies that sell lists. Call a REALTOR® to double check what your reading. In many cases, the websites are Several Months old with their information. Always cross-reference this info so you don't waste you time chasing bad information on properties. Call a REALTOR® we always have up to the minute information on properties.

Amy Winehouse - Back to Black Don't wait, go get it right now!!!! This could easily be the best disc of the entire summer. If you over 30 you'll look really cool with this playing in the car. There is not a bad song on it. This girl know's how to write songs and the producer is a genuis.
