Christmas in August!?!?! Stock Market, Housing Market, Mortgage Market.... It's ALL GOOD....
August 20th, 2007 8:49 PM

I know, you think I'm crazy, and that would be somewhat true, the reality, all the necessary moves are being made that could make this a strong end of the summer and fall in all these markets. Alot of people think the FED will lower rates as early as tomorrow. I tend to agree but even it doesn't happen tomorrow it will likely happen by the next FOM meeting.

No matter what anyone says the boys at the FED have figured it out, money is going to start flying, folks will continue buying, and rates will adjust to allow the greater majority of those 7 million folks to refi loans and recover.

The loan programs will be limited, the scams will disappear for a while, and things will settle in to a conservative Christmas season. Folks will be glad they still have a house over they're collective heads. The true meaning of the Holidays will been appreciated.

Buyer's and Refi-er's will rule the short term Private Equity will quietly have a field day (based on the amount calls, I'm taking) and it will be back to business in the early spring.

Tell me I'm wrong, make a solid argument. I love the discussion and if we all learn something, all the better.

Call or email thoughts....

Have a Great Week !!!

Is this the perfect time to Buy?
August 12th, 2007 6:33 PM

Based on price adjustments I say YES. As we've told you all along, good credit scores will still get you a loan on your first home or investment property now. Good loan customers are exactly what the markets and lenders need. You're in the drivers seat. Because you can "actually" qualfiy for a loan, You should be able to negotiate almost anything you want right now.

Rents are going up as a result of folks with less than stellar credit being forced back into the rental market. If you own rental property you numbers are getting better right now. It is a great time to diversify your real estate portfolio. There are some excellent opportunities out there I'm seeing everyday. Give us a ring or email us @ info@yoursbl.com and I get you the details immediately. We've been looking at a lot of different markets inside and outside of Calfornia. It's out there, you just need to know what you want.

I'm talking to folks daily all over the country and there are some great markets available.  Looking forward to hearing what you have to say...

This Man Know's REAL ESTATE !!!!
August 1st, 2007 10:52 PM

I'd like to say I'm preaching to the choir, but not everyone get's it yet. Still have doubts listen to the guy that made 36 Million selling real estate in 1 Day. Sam Zell is the MAN! He's got a pretty cool looking Van Dyke to boot. Check out his latest thoughts and the REAL-ity of the markets. This guy knows real estate. Having worked in television for alot or years, I'm not to sure about his Tribune takeover, but somehow he'll turn it to gold.

SAM ZELL in USA TODAY

Want to hear it from the man's mouth, check out this interview on CNBC this past weekend.

With CNBC's Maria Bartiromo

My friend are stilling telling me what a great real estate market it is in Singapore. If you have the opportunity check out the returns. Oh, if you haven't been to Macau lately, you're definitely missing out. There is so much business going on there it's unbelievable. Last but not least, the Nation's Captial is a HOT (literally and figuratively, more sticky & sweaty but you know what I mean. Some would mushi atsui)... Don't miss the "Moderism" exhibit at Corcoran, and definitely try the Mojitos at Bossa in Adams Morgan, muy refreshing. There are excellent opportunities of all kinds there and a solid rental market year round. Call us if you want more details.....

If your down in Hermosa Beach this weekend, check out the last Concert on the Beach of the summer this Sunday evening around 6pm. First the StoneBridge Band & some Fireworks.  It's a great way to end the week and hang with good friends. You'll see us bouncing the bambina close to the front of the stage. Stop by and say hey! Diverse conversation and fun is a requirement.
